Pre-Op
Prior to your procedure, a member of our clinical team will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment, review health status, medications and pre-op instructions.
Day of Surgery
Please arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled surgery time to Suite 401 at The Ridgely Oaks Building located at 621 Ridgley Avenue in Annapolis, MD.
Post-Op
Arundel Ambulatory Surgery Center's is committed to ensuring that your postoperative experience is as comfortable as possible. Please don't hesitate to call during normal business hours for any questions after recovery.
Pre-Op Assessment
Before completing your pre-op assessment, please read Notice of Privacy Practices and Patient Rights and Responsibilities.
The completed assessment should be faxed to our office (410-224-6971) 24 hours before your scheduled procedure.
Medical Record Request
You may request a copy of your medical record by completing a request form and faxing it to (410) 224-2698. Medical records must be picked up in person and can be faxed to physician offices only. Please allow at least 72 hours to retrieve medical records.
